Website Redesign: Bear Creek Pediatrics

Added a slider which rotates between photos taken of the space and invites the visitor to contact the clinic or learn more about it.
Rewrote the “About Us” section to be more brief while also giving a stronger sense of the clinic’s atmosphere.
Made the provider section more concise and moved the longer narratives to their own provider page. The new copywriting now focuses on building trust with the website visitor that the providers are highly competent and passionate about their work.
Previously, the website did not have any Google reviews. Using the best ones, a testimonial slider was added with a custom background to frame the text.
Added a reCAPTCHA to reduce the SPAM the clinic was receiving through their contact form.
Added copy to ensure that the form was being used in a way that kept the clinic HIPAA-compliant.
Connecting the clinics social pages has made it easier to track when website visitors were referred from one of the clinic’s pages.
Updated the typography and colors to bring the website more in theme with its branding.
The main navigation menu was simplified by grouping commonly-themed pages into dropdown menus under under the relevant main tab.

Unify Branding Across Digital Channels

Bear Creek’s digital footprint includes a business profile on Google Maps and Instagram, and a page on Facebook.

  • Design a banner using the same clinic photos that were used on the home page slider
  • Update digital channels with the new banner and a consistent tagline
  • Replace profile photos with properly formatted brand submark

Google Ads Update

Previously the strategy focus solely on search ads that would put Bear Creek Pediatrics at the top when users search for the clinic by name

  • Add to the existing ads, create an ad using the new digital profile graphics, focusing on competitive search phrases for new parents and new residents to the area.
  • Open up the new ads to include Google’s Search partners and Display Network in addition to the already-in-use Google Search Network.
  • Limit ads to geography that is a reasonable driving distance from the clinic

Bear Creek Pediatrics was thrilled with their newer, faster website, and received compliments from visitors at their next (or first) visit. It was easier for new visitors to trust Bear Creek Pediatrics and returning visitors to find what they need.

Amazing Results

Within 6-8 weeks, the clinic moved on to the first page of results for competitive key search phrases and its web traffic increased by ~50%.

As time has progressed, Bear Creek has consistently held a top 5 position for its targeted search phrases and its growing patient load has put it on a trajectory for hiring a third pediatrician in the very near future.
